This is an exciting and somewhat anxious time for parents, and we at EPPC would like to eliminate much of the anxiety that expectant parents feel.  We will schedule a complimentary one-on-one consulting session where you will meet Dr. Ettienne, see the office, and ask any questions to help you choose the pediatrician that is right for you.

Things You Need for Your First Appointment:

1. Call office to make an appointment immediately after knowing baby discharge date.  This should be no more than 48 hours after discharge.
2. Baby’s Hospital Papers
3. Driver’s License (or any official government photo id) of parent/guardian
4. Insurance Card of Mother (Insurance Affiliates)
5. Medicaid Patients (United Health Care Medical Assistance)
