What do I need to bring with me for my child’s office visit?
We ask that you bring a copy of your child’s most recent insurance card and a list of any medications your child has taken in the past 30 days, including vitamins and supplements. If your child is a new patient at our office, please additionally bring your photo ID, and allow yourself at least 15 minutes before your appointment to fill out any necessary forms.
How long do visits take?
We try to schedule and see patients in way that allows patients to be in the office for a half hour to an hour for well-child checks, and 15-30 minutes for sick visits and follow-ups, after we receive all the required paperwork. However, depending on the specific nature of the visit, and your child’s health needs, a visit may take more or less time.
Do you see adults at your practice?
No, as a pediatric office, we see children up to 18 years of age.
